Final blog.........till next time !!!!

Sore from horse riding yesterday lol!!!
Well it seems i don't have emotional eating issues after all.....PHEW!!!
All that weird eating and whammo...........i got my period!!! So after the week I lost
500 gms!!! I will try again though after my period is over and we have moved into our new place :-) which should be this weekend!!!! Fingers crossed!!
Sunday and today were back to normal eating. Just small amounts every 3 hours and you can't go wrong. It keeps your metabolism ticking over and provides a steady blood sugar count so you don't get the afternoon fatigue syndrome and reach for coffee or sweet shit for a boost!!! I aim for around 100 gms or more of protein a day. More if i exercise more or increase weight training. Greens are essential and thats why wheatgrass is awesome to drink daily, not to mention it's a great detoxyfier!
I'm ready for bed. Been a long day, work at 8.30 am and home at 8pm! Fell into the shower lol!! I shall do this again in around 2 weeks time! It can be done!!!

Late update!!!

Well well............what can i say? No Friday blog?!
Bad news on Thursday changed everything, and I realised that emotions really can affect so many things!! Thusday night I ended up eating a slice of chocolate bavarian dessert and drinking too many glasses of red wine!!!! Friday morning
i weighed in at 64.2......up 400 gms instead of down!!!! CRAP!!!! I didn't really care though, as my emotions were still rather fragile, and I just soldiered on at work not caring about when or what I ate. Lunch was peanut butter and cheese on rice cakes which i love, and do enjoy from time to time. I ate 2 protein bars on Friday arvo around 3. Walked home and watched a dvd then walked my dog. That evening I watched another dvd while munching on Smiths thins!!!!!!!!! Do you know how many years its been since i ate those???? I had chicken and mushrooms and vegies for dinner btw. Saturday morning at work i weighed in at 64.8!!!!! Yikes!!! I'm nearly back to where I started on Monday!!!!! Not looking good, but i'm not giving up either!!!! The bad news has now changed to a good outcome, so i can get back on track!! Had a good cardio workout today with aerobics for an hour. Tommorrow, Storm and I are going horse riding for an hour, can't wait!! I hope to take Sam for a good walk late in the day too. Tonight for tea i will have egg whites and tuna with vegies and NO eating after it!!!!!! Enjoy your Sunday and I will chat tommorrow night :-)

Update Thursday

Coffee in bed at 7.30 am, sooo good. Cold morning too! Had 1 Supprezza tab at 7.35am. Walked to work at 8.15 and weighed myself....63.8kg, I have lost exactly 1.5kgs in 3 days! Still on track!  Had a protein shake and almonds and sunflower seeds. Bananas were not ripe enough!!!!!! Cost 3 million bucks and I can't even eat them for days!!! Made up my wheatgrass and olive oil in a water bottle and am drinking that while I blog away! Next food will be at 11ish, only half an hour away! I had my apple at 10am.
11.30 was a protein bar, Cruncy Nut by Horleys.......sooooooooo yummo!!!!
17gms of protein per bar and 6.2gms of carbs.
Well it's 3pm and I've not long finished my yummy food. 1 tin of chilli chicken, cottage cheese, lettuce, rainbow salad and a nice sprinkle of sunflower seeds. Always eat slowly and chew nuts and seeds to liquid!!!! Otherwise you don't get anything out of them!! I took 1 Supprezza tab half hour before food!  Walking home in half an hour. Hot and windy outside and all uphill for me, so good cardio with my backpack on and brisk pace!! Back here to work at 5.30pm. I will check in tonight after i get home :-) 
Ok, it was busy at work so at 5.30 when i arrived i drank an iced coffee with guarana. My 6pm meal was another protein bar and a strong wheatgrass drink.........750ml bottle with heaped tspn of powder. Its 8.20pm and i'm about to go and have a shower, watch XFactor and be in bed by 9 or 10. I dont generally feel hungry at night so i'm lucky there! My body has had about 100gms of protein today so it is satisfied. I've had low carbs and fibre. Good fat burning! Sweet dreams  :-)

Update Wednesday part 2

Today was hard to get out of bed!! Just felt so comfy! Up I got at 8am! Getting lazy!! I start at 9 and I'm never late! Driving today as I have an hour of aerobics to do at 9!!!!!! Protein drink and banana for brekky again, with supplements of course! Got to work at 8.30 and got organised. Went and weighed myself.....64.2kgs, a drop of 500gms, awesome!!! Half a kg a day and I'm on target to lose 3 kg in a week!!!  Had an apple the size of a baseball at 11, after 20 mins i ate some almonds and sunflower seeds. Lunch at 1.30 was tuna and cottage cheese on 2 Premium crispbreads, YUK!! I had no rice cakes!!!! Someone had left these in the staff room so I opened 1 of the stayfresh packs.....stayfresh????? Cardboard would have been better!!!!!! I ate 1 and scraped the tuna etc off and tossed the cracker in the bin where it belonged!! At 4pm I had a coffee (no sugar and light soy milk) and a protein bar. I got home at 7 and quickly put on a large chicken breast to steam and threw a half a handful of mushrooms in as well. Had that with 1 pack of steamfresh vegies, half a tomato cut up and about 2 tblspns of cottage cheese on top of the vegies with a touch of black pepper. Totally yummo!! Shower at 8pm and blogging now at 8.38pm :-)  Well, I'm off to dry my hair and catch up on the last 2 eps of X Factor!!!! No need to nibble while you watch tv you know!! So many people do that!!!! NOT GOOD!!!!!! Have a good dose of protein with dinner and you won't feel hungry....only in your mind!!!!!!! Listen to your body, not the little  food demon living in your head that wants to have some bikkies while watching a movie or whatever!!!!! Throw out the little monster!!!! Check in 2moz. Night all :-)  PS... I drink wheatgrass every day with flaxseed oil in it too! Full of all the goodies found in those greens that none of us get 5 serves of a day!!!!

Update Wednesday

To finish off yesterday first!!  After a good brekky and a positive weigh in (64.7kgs), my next meal was only an apple at 11.30!! Very busy morning!
At 1pm I had my usual tuna and cottage cheese on rice cakes (x2), but I added some alfalfa sprouts to top it off! I walked home at 3.30 and left my car at work cos I was going back at 5.15 anyway and it had stopped raining and I needed my cardio!! Got home and had a protein drink at 4.30pm. Walked back to work at 5. Very busy night and between 7 and 7.30 I ate 2 protein bars. That would be dinner for tonight!! I got home at 8, and by the time I had my shower etc it was already near 9 and I wasn't hungry at all. My body was satisfied with the amount it had consumed so I left it at that! Had my night multi before hitting the hay at 10pm. Slept like a dead person.......................thats dumb!!!! Dead people don't sleep!!!!! They're freaking dead!!! Who invented that saying anyway!!!!!! I slept like a healthy person lol!!!!! Chat soon :-)

Tuesday morning update

Just got to work and weighed myself in exactly the same clothing as yesterday............64.7 kgs. Thats a drop of 600 gms after 1 day! So far so good!

Update Tuesday morning

Well its Tuesday morning and I am sitting in bed with a coffee!!!!! Spent most of the night on the bloody loo cos I drank too much water yesterday! I was also constipated all bloody day cos I didn't have my morning coffee!!!! I think that caused it anyway! Brekky today will be a protein drink and a banana. I've just had 1 Supprezza tab for metabolic balancing and energy. Not walking to work today as its peeing down outside! Not that has stopped me in the past, but a lack of sleep and the fact that its already 8:15am!!!! The time I usually head off!!!!! I will have brekky at work today as that will be half an hour after taking the Supprezza tab.  Check back with you after! :-)

Update Monday 19/09/2011

Well it's lunchtime, and i just realised i left my cottage cheese at home!!!! GRRR!!!! I will pinch 2 slices of Storms low fat cheese in the work fridge!
Lunch is 2 rice cakes with a cheese slice and 1/2 tin of tuna on each. Brekky was 1 cup of Protein First cereal with 1 tblspn wheatgerm, 1 tblspn LSA, 1 tblspn lecithin, 1 tblspn flaxseed oil, 1/2 tblspn raw honey, and soy milk (light). Mid morning i had an apple, waited 20 mins and had about 6 almonds. I walked to work, but apart from that, I haven't had a workout yet. Will do in an hour when lunch has settled. No coffee today!!! Green tea with peppermint instead. Feeling good :-)
Supplements so far today..... 1 Supprexx tablet 1/2 hour before brekky with 3 Carnitine capsules. After lunch, 2 fish oil caps, 1 vit A cap, 1 B complex tab, 3 Rosehip Vital caps and 2 vit C tabs to suck on after I brush my teeth lol!!!!
Also had 1 Supprexx tab half hour before lunch!!  Forgot to mention that my start weight is 65.3 kgs. With my shoes and hoodie on I was 67.3 kgs!!!!!!
At 4.30pm I had a protein drink. Went back to work at 5:15pm. At 7:30pm my dinner consisted of 1 chicken breast fillet (steamed with Italian herbs) with rainbow salad (Woolies) mushrooms, tomato and sweet chilli sauce. When I got home at 9pm, I had 2 glasses of red wine, a shower and was in bed at 10:15. :-)

Quick journey!!

Welcome to my blog page. I am a 48 year old mother of 4 awesome children aged 17, 19, 23 & 30. I would like to share with you a quick journey I am about to take........................I want to lose 3 kilos in 7 days!!!!!!!  It is Sunday night, and my journey begins in the morning, Monday September 19, 2011. I don't have any photos, but who cares. I will weigh myself tommorrow and have my body measurements taken as well. All will be documented here on my blog daily.
I will share exactly what I eat drink and use as supplements throughout the week. I will also try to get some photos!!!! I will also share more about myself!  Now though, it's time to relax and watch some Greys on my laptop before bed. Talk tommorrow.
