Sore from horse riding yesterday lol!!!
Well it seems i don't have emotional eating issues after all.....PHEW!!!
All that weird eating and whammo...........i got my period!!! So after the week I lost
500 gms!!! I will try again though after my period is over and we have moved into our new place :-) which should be this weekend!!!! Fingers crossed!!
Sunday and today were back to normal eating. Just small amounts every 3 hours and you can't go wrong. It keeps your metabolism ticking over and provides a steady blood sugar count so you don't get the afternoon fatigue syndrome and reach for coffee or sweet shit for a boost!!! I aim for around 100 gms or more of protein a day. More if i exercise more or increase weight training. Greens are essential and thats why wheatgrass is awesome to drink daily, not to mention it's a great detoxyfier!
I'm ready for bed. Been a long day, work at 8.30 am and home at 8pm! Fell into the shower lol!! I shall do this again in around 2 weeks time! It can be done!!!
